By making a donation, you enter into a contract with The Mainstay Foundation. Upon placing an online donation, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your donation and its details. Your donation is considered an offer, which we accept by sending you a Confirmed Receipt.
We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of donation items appearing on the website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to refuse donations if there has been a mis-publishing of item information, including prices and promotions.
The Mainstay Foundation is unable to offer refunds for donations under Charity Commission rules, except in cases where an error has been made by the donor or the foundation during processing.
