Events Coordinator

 

Overview:

 

Key Responsibilites:

  • Plan, organise, and deliver a variety of charity events

  • Prepare and monitor event budgets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, donors, and event participants

  • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials

  • Ensure all events comply with charity policies, health and safety regulations, GDPR, and safeguarding guidelines

  • Maintain accurate event records and databases

  • Prepare post-event evaluation reports and lessons learned

 

Requirements/Experience:

  • Candidate must have experience in event management
